Project Engineer / Manager
CTI is currently hiring qualified engineers with relevant experience in the following offshore structures:
- Pipelines and Risers
- Platforms
- Topsides
- Umbilicals

- Manifolds
Job Description and Responsibilities:
To provide project support for the design and construction management of offshore oil and gas transportation systems and related facilities and structures. Responsibilities include the management of multiple project related activities during the engineering and construction phases of the project; specifically design review, procurement of materials, engineering and installation contractor activities, permit compliance, cost and schedule organization, and commissioning.
Requirements:
- Relevant design and construction management experience
- Relevant experience in the interpretation of applicable codes (DOT, DOI, API, ANSI/ASME) and client regulations
- Willingness to travel and work at project site
- BS or MS Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Structural, Ocean)
- EIT or PE a plus
CAD Drafter
CTI is currently hiring qualified AutoCAD Personnel with relevant experience in the following onshore and offshore structures:
- Pipeline and Risers
- Platforms
- Topsides
- Onshore Facilities
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Produce electronic drawing files within project standards from sketches, layouts and notes for the aforementioned structures and systems
Requirements:
- 2-year Technical Degree
- 3 years relevant experience of AutoCAD design experience
Project Controls
CTI is currently hiring qualified Project / Cost Controls Personnel with relevant experience in the construction industry.
Job Description and Responsibilities:
This position will directly report to the Project Director, and integrally working with the team of engineers, drafters, and admins, providing expertise and cost control tracking and forecasting to support multiple, long term contractual agreements and projects with our clients
Requirements:
- BS or BA from a 4-year accredited university
- Relevant cost tracking/forecasting experience, preferably with a design and construction firm
- Relevant experience with invoice processing, document controls, and contract controls
