Exxon Mobil Corporation declares first quarter dividend

The Board of Directors of Exxon Mobil Corporation today declared a cash dividend of 47 cents per share on the Common Stock, payable on March 9, 2012 to shareholders of record of Common Stock at the close of business on February 10, 2012.

Chevron - Lobito-Tomboco - Angola

CTI has been integrated into the CVX LT installation team to provide engineering support, Hook-Up and Commissioning (HUC) expertise, and inspection services. The CTI responsibilities for this project include the following:

 

  • Planning and executing the HUC of 13 flowlines, 13 subsea riser jumpers and 3 umbilicals on the Benguela Belize Platform, while the platform is in the drilling and production phase.
  • Serve as the Lobito Tomboco Project primary contact to the Benguela Belize Project and Operations Team for the development and execution of an overall Field Coordination plan.
  • Review and approve installation contractor procedures for the Hook Up and Commission (HUC) work scope and ensure the installation contractor understands, incorporates and follows the standard operating procedures and work permit requirements.
  • Provide onshore technical support during the offshore installation and HUC campaign.
  • Support and monitor PLET fabrication, HES compliance, and logistics for personnel and vessels in Angola.
  • Provide company representation aboard pipelay and survey vessel, overseeing installation of flowlines and PLETs, subsea flooding, gauging and testing work, and assurance of HES compliance
