Mardi Gras Transportation System - Gulf of Mexico
LLOYD'S REGISTER / BP
 CTI has provided personnel to be part of Lloyd's Register Technical Services Pipeline Integrity Team. These personnel provide project engineering support and technical expertise for BP's Mardi Gras Pipeline System, which presently includes the Okeanos Gas Gathering System, Proteus Oil Pipeline System, and Endymion Oil Pipeline System in the Mississippi Canyon and Caesar Oil Pipeline System and Cleopatra Gas Gathering System in Southern Green Canyon.
CTI personnel are currently involved and assisting the LR Team in performing the following tasks as they relate to the Integrity Issues:
- Creating detailed dossiers on operators' assets, including information and specifications relating to their design, fabrication and installation
- Assessing the risk and reliability of all entailed assets via risk matrix methodology - Responsible for determining the inspection and maintenance routines required for safe and reliable operations
- Providing technical support to BP in the Inspection Strategy for both the existing and the new Oil and Gas Pipeline Systems
 CTI staff will continue as members of the LR Pipeline Integrity Team during the installation and testing of additional laterals and tie-ins, as well as the operation of the current Mardi Gras Pipelines System.

Independence Trail
Export Pipelines
The 24” Independence Trail Export Pipeline is an 134-mile pipeline initiating with a 20” SCR at the new Independence Hub floating facility located in MC 920 in approximately 7,900 fsw and terminating at a new fixed platform in WD 68 in approximately 115 fsw.
