Exxon Mobil Corporation declares first quarter dividend

The Board of Directors of Exxon Mobil Corporation today declared a cash dividend of 47 cents per share on the Common Stock, payable on March 9, 2012 to shareholders of record of Common Stock at the close of business on February 10, 2012.

Eni CEO: Gas supply might be critical soon

The chief executive of Italian energy company ENI says the country's natural gas supplies are OK through Wednesday but if Russia 's Gazprom makes more cuts there could be problems.

Chevron - West Africa Gas Pipeline (WAGP) - West Africa

CTI is providing technical support and expertise in offshore pipeline construction and coating for the West African Gas Pipeline Project. Specific tasks include review of detailed design reports, procedures, drawings, and other deliverables produced by the pipeline installation contractor, concrete coating contractor, and Horizontal Directional Drill (HDD) subcontractor. CTI functioned as the primary contact for the coordination of all HDD activities.

The WAGP Project consists of a 20” main pipeline running along the coast of West Africa for 579 km from near Lagos, Nigeria to Takoradi, Ghana. Smaller laterals of 18”, 10”, and 8” pipelines extend from subsea tie-ins on the main line to the coasts of Benin, Togo, and Ghana. HDD crossings are to be utilized to bring all laterals and both ends of the main line to shore.

CTI also is providing QA/QC for the concrete coating facility in Ghana. Responsibilities include oversight of all concrete coating operations.

The 24” Independence Trail Export Pipeline is an 134-mile pipeline initiating with a 20” SCR at the new Independence Hub floating facility located in MC 920 in approximately 7,900 fsw and terminating at a new fixed platform in WD 68 in approximately 115 fsw.
